Day courses (morning or afternoon): enrolment Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
Evening classes: enrolment Monday to Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
September 2026 session – Registration :
–> from Monday 8 to Thursday 18 June 2026 for all languages (beginner level –without test) and IT,
–> from Monday June 22 to Thursday June 25, 2026 for current students (registered in 2025-2026), after their exam,
–> from Monday 24 to Thursday 27 August 2026 for all courses (after a test for new students– except beginners)
How do I register?
1. Come to the secretariat
On the dates and at the times specified for registration. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointments are required No registration by phone or e-mail.
2. Choose your course
Tell us which course or suite of courses interests you. Ask any questions you may have to the reception team at the secretariat. Check that the course you are interested in is not fully booked (on the notice board or on the Institute’s website).
3. Take a test
Take an entrance exam (level test) at the scheduled time with a teacher, to determine the level best suited to your knowledge. This exam is compulsory * unless you have a pass certificate for the previous IAPS level. For beginners, this test is not compulsory.
* Until this test has been passed, registration is not complete and is considered as pre-registration. In the event of absence on the scheduled test dates, pre-registration will be cancelled. Upon written request from the student within one week of the last test date, it will be reimbursed.
4. We check availability
If the maximum number of students for your group is not reached, we’ll register you 
!
5. Present your identity documents
For Belgians and Europeans (European Union)
- Valid national identity card, residence permit or passport
For foreigners (outside the European Union)
6. Pay registration fees
Sign your registration documents and pay the registration fee
Congratulations!
You are a student of the Institute. You will receive a student card indicating the days and times of classes, the premises, and academic vacations.
Where do I sign up?
Registration in person at the Institute’s secretariat. We prefer direct contact to ensure the clearest possible communication.
The secretariat is located on the first floor, at the far end on the right as you enter the building.
Registration fees
Once registered, you must pay the full registration fee immediately, either electronically (via QR-Code) or in cash.
You will receive a certificate of registration and payment upon receipt of your payment.
